About this Course

COVID-19 induced academic stress is a leading impediment towards poor grades and have led to increase in stress to dangerous levels for middle school, high school, and college students. This course provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to understand and manage their stress. It also breaks the myth that stress is always bad and empowers participants to not only manage stress impacts but also use it to their advantage.

In this course, your child will first learn the fundamentals in an online course and will then be invited to join few live training sessions over Zoom meetings where they will learn how to apply the strategies, ask questions, and be part of a growth and success-oriented community of learners from all around the world.

As “It takes a village to raise a child“, we believe parents need to be active contributors to the change we want to drive. So, we will conduct regular orientations session for parents so that they don’t worry and also learn how to best support their children in managing stress, anxiety, and perhaps even use these strategies to manage their own stress levels.
