RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Genius Unlocked accessible from .com.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/replaced?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
- Gift Cards are not refundable.
- Serial Number has been defaced.
- Product has been opened or used.
- Final Sale Products
- Opened or Used Training Material
- Career Assessment Report
- Ebooks
- Return or replacement request for any free or complimentary products.
- Any other reasons which are not covered under the cases in the previous section. For example, “I placed an order for the wrong product”, “I don’t like the product”,
OUR CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ENROLMENT POLICIES
Upon enrolling in a course with any educational institution a student is entering a legal agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.
Please note, changes in your circumstances are not the responsibility of Genius Unlocked and neither can Genius Unlocked be held liable for changes in your circumstances.
In a situation where a student wishes to cancel or change their enrollment, and as a measure of goodwill, Genius Unlocked will allow the following options. A student may only take up one of these options once.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
For Self-Paced Learning:
Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded the E-Book, or used any product in the study kit that may have been send by courier to the participant. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
For Instructor Led Training:
Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content of any e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day, or used any product in the study kit that may have been send by courier to the participant
Also, in case a user downloads the E-Book for the course or used any product in the study kit that may have been send by courier to the participant the money back guarantee will be void. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@geniusunlocked.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refunds of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 working days post intimation by the customer.
REFUNDS
Genius Unlocked Inc. purchased from Third Party Sites not covered under these Return and Refund Policy.
